We also pride ourselves of vast experience in the building industry where we have constructed both multi storey and residential buildings, commercial buildings and also institutional buildings.

Opulence Estates provides services for residents and commercial projects

  1. Osona village in Okahadja Namibia. Preferred housing project sponsored by GIPF (Government institution Pension fund of Namibia with over 10 000 houses. Our company was one of the first developers and over 200 houses worth over 100 000 000 were done in the 1st year.
  2. Bluestar Logistics, construction of double storey administration and truck servicing workshop. Willovale Gleneagles.
  3. Jorosa Apartments, 24 residential units 4 storey building renovations. Avenues.
  4. ⁠House Madzudzo, construction of a double storey residential house. Mt Pleasant.
  5. ⁠House Mandaza, construction of a double storey residential house. Gunhill.
  6. ⁠Madokero Creek clusters, construction of 3 beds units. Madokero.

Cliff

Cliff has work experience of more than 16 years in both engineering consultancy & construction and is the director responsible for:

  1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
  2. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  3. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  4. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  5. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
  6. Meeting contractual conditions of performance.
  7. Review the work progress and tracking.
  8. ⁠Negotiating terms of agreements, contracts and Jvs.
  9. Analyse, manage and mitigate risks for both projects and the organization.
